The online encyclopedia “Wikipedia” gives a very broad definition of Soft skills: “Soft skills refer to the cluster of personality traits, social graces, and facility with language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that mark people to varying degrees. Soft skills complement hard skills, which are the subject knowledge and technical requirements of a job.” 

Our college is providing soft skills to training to the Student teachers by a Trained Professionals Team headed Dr.Prof. Ratna Natarajan and Dr. M. Bharathi. A young and enthusiastic freelance Training Team named 360 Degree Academy is also periodically training our Student teachers and the faculties.
